After I enter her username and password, the box that comes up that usually takes her straight into Webkinz World is only a white box. I've tried everything they suggested in their "Technical issues" page as best I could and it hasn't worked. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm able to change her password but not log in.

1. I just tried it again and it still won't work.
2. I was finally able to log in last night. Finally. I even called my ISP and they were NO help at all. It finally just worked. Good luck! And thanks.
3. I am having the same problem. We just got the toy today. I can get to the adopt new pet, or change password fine, but to "begin play" (which is on the same IP address) all that happens is a white screen. My little one is heartbroken that her dog is "broken"
4. Webkinz tried to add chat today and it crashed the servers. Everything is back up and working now. They removed chat until they can get the server issue fixed.

   That's weird because I have been online for the last 2 hours (9pm - 11pm EDT) - no problem. It could be that the problem is only with certain servers and you just happen to keep hitting a bad one and I got one that was working.
