I have done everything the faq solutions tell you to do and it doesnt work. Just wondering if anyone else was heving the same problem?

1. Yep, me too. I reinstalled Internet Explorer, cleared the cache, and reinstalled the Adobe flash player and still got a white screen. I think it is something with their website, they just opened their new Clubhouse yesterday and it crashed from too many users. They had a new home page with a link to a parents area in the morning, and now it is the old one with no link. I will keep trying, but since it is not just me (or you) then I think it is the Webkinz website and not just us.
2. The same thing happened to me a few days ago. Give it a few hours and then try again.
