- have you tried using them in the W shop? Use them like you would a coupon. Add an item to your cart and go to check out, then drag the coin from your dock to the item that you want to use the coin to pay for. If this doesn't work I would go to the webkinz FAQ page and look there for you answer. Good Luck!
