1. This is a violation of the TOS of webkinz, neopets and likely Yahoo.
2. What? Oh, I get it. NO WAY. I have 7- a Yorkie, a Terrier, A Frog, a Panda, a Pig, a Monkey, and a Gray Cat, so there is no way. Plus I have 4 neopet accounts, and a yahoo account. And my house is huge (on webkinz) I have a living room, a game room, a yard, 7 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a webkinz studio. I worked VERY hard. Good luck finding someone that will do that.
3. That is a really unfair way to cheat someone! If you think ANYONE will be willing to trade you their Webkinz account (which, as a matter of fact, they paid good money for) for a Neopets and Yahoo!, you are highly mistaken. Yahoo! is free, and anyone who is on Yahoo Answers already has an account. Neopets are also free! So lay off the cheating and buy a Webkinz yourself.
